Here’s the deal… We work with financial institutions to provide them with data on how their front-line staff are performing. We get this information by paying current account holders to provide us with feedback from their ongoing transactions.
How does it work? Here’s a step-by-step overview:
- We have you fill out a quick survey about yourself and the products/services you currently use from your financial institution.
- We collect data from these surveys and select potential shoppers that can help us the most with our data needs.
- Then, we contact you and ask if you would like to be part of the program.
- Once you’ve agreed, we train you on what to pay attention too (during your normal/routine visits), how to enter the data and when you get paid.
- Sometimes, if you have accounts at other financial institutions, you could be asked to analyze their performance to help us compare the competition.
- Finally, we review your performance over time to make sure you are providing us with the most honest and actionable data possible.
It sounds simple, because it is. We’re not going to ask you to drive across town to a grocery store that you’ve never been to, have you buy a gallon of milk and check the expiration date. We’re not going to pay you $5 to have you buy a $30 steak and tell us how the cow was cooked. We just want you to do what you already do: Go to your financial institution and deposit your check, make your car payment or ask about home loans. After you’re done, give us a rundown on how it went and we’ll send you some cash.
