Lastly, we track results to ensure we are on the right path and make adjustments when needed.
When modified for a financial institution, the Golden Rule reads something like this, 'Treat your clients how you wish to be treated when you are performing financial transactions. Listen to their needs, goals, issues and help them achieve their short & long-term financial objectives'. If the Golden rule is subscribed too by every employee, your service levels will surpass expectations, you will increase your services per client and retention rates will grow.
